Laurent Blondin always knew he would pursue a career in the culinary arts. Born into a Lyonnaise family with a deep-rooted culinary heritage, he trained with Meilleurs Ouvriers de France and many of the great names of French gastronomy. What Laurent enjoys most is communicating with his peers and continuing to expand his palette of flavors to compose a unique experience to his guests.
