Audrey Bourolleau

Audrey BOUROLLEAU was born in Niort, France. She is 40 years old, married, and a mother of two. She graduated from the La Rochelle Business School. She used to oversee BIC’s sales development in Africa and the Middle East and has since acquired significant international experience. She worked for ten years in the wine sector, within the marketing and sales departments of Baron Philippe de Rothschild, then France Boissons, before managing the Côtes de Bordeaux trade union. In 2012, she became the spokesperson for Vin & Société, an organization that represents the French wine industry towards public authorities. She joined Emmanuel Macron’s campaign team and became the contact person for agricultural issues. She then joined his cabinet at the Élysée Palace as advisor on agriculture, fisheries, forestry, and rural Development until July 2019. In December 2019, she joined forces with Xavier Niel and founded Hectar agricultural campus that aims to bring knowledge and acknowledgement of agricultural professions.
