Julie de Pimodan

Julie de Pimodan founded Fluicity in 2015, one of the major players in Civic Tech in France today. Thanks to this application that connects city councils and citizens, but also shopkeepers and associations of the same city, Julie de Pimodan wants to put innovation at the service of citizen participation. Fluicity now reaches 8 cities in France, and innovates in social and citizen engagement, by addressing everyone at once rather than separate audiences, in order to connect local elected officials and citizens, and to foster exchanges and political innovation.
