Gilad Rosenzweig
Gilad Rosenzweig is an architect and urban planner with over two decades of experience in community development, public policy, and the design of things big and small. For the past five years he has been dedicated to innovation and education in the design fields.
Gilad is the executive director of MITdesignX - the venture accelerator of the MIT School of Architecture and Planning where he works with students, faculty and researchers to help them transform ideas, theses and research into sustainable businesses and organizations with global impact.
He is also senior advisor at TULU - a new startup for on-demand access to household, leisure and mobility products, and the founder of Smarter in the City - a non-profit accelerator for high tech start-ups in Roxbury, an inner-city neighborhood of Boston.
Gilad has worked on urban design and planning projects across the U.S. and Canada, including district, campus and master plans in Calgary, Reno, Toronto, Memphis, and Boston. As an architect, he designed residential, commercial and industrial projects in Canada, Israel and the UK.
