Jean-Marc Guesne
Jean-Marc has been a social entrepreneur for 7 years in Asia. He created 2 companies in the agribusiness sector and more than 1.000 jobs in Cambodia and China. Following his time in Asia, he joined the Bel Group for 4 years as an intrapreneur and developed an innovative distribution business model, named « Sharing Cities ». Sharing cities connected 6.000 street vendors in emerging markets with FMCG brands while offering them social tailormade services (micro-insurance, capacity building training, financial and health services). He was appointed head of the NGO Ashoka France for 3 years, the first international network of social innovators. Jean-Marc is a telecom engineer. He graduated from HEC Paris where he also teaches social innovation.
