Only tickets purchased before Tuesday, September 13, 4:00 p.m. can be refunded.
I am eligible for a refund and I only want to cancel part of my order, what do I do?
If you have ordered several tickets but only want to be refunded for part of them, we invite you to cancel all the tickets and buy new ones on the ticketing service.
What is the deadline to request a refund?
Refund requests are open until Monday, September 19.
I asked for a refund but I still haven't received anything, is this normal?
The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days. An email will be sent to you as soon as the request is processed.
