Hans Haacke

Hans Haacke is widely renowned as a pioneer of “institutional critique”, an art movement questioning power relations in cultural organizations, and has been working across mediums since the early 1960s. His multifaceted work examines the interplay of politics, aesthetics, and dependency in a poetic and metaphorical manner. Recent exhibitions include Hans Haacke.
