Olivier Saby

Olivier Saby is an administrative magistrate at the Montreuil court. This senior civil servant has also participated in the creation of cultural companies and accompanied European research programs. Passionate about digital, culture and new uses, he has worked on the implementation of new financing strategies for the creative sector.
