Places with different identities for a varied offer
At the Parc des Ateliers, the catering offer is based on three major commitments:
- to highlight local products and to fight against food waste. Thus, the cuisine is based on local and seasonal ingredients, prepared in different ways depending on the place. This makes it possible to cook them in their entirety!
- to invite our guests to share and discover, with generous dishes inspired by local and foreign cuisines.
- to offer simple, authentic cuisine, that is accessible to all.
Drum Café (€€€)
A bistronomic cuisine with local and international influences.
Inspired by artist residencies, the Drum Café welcomes this summer the guest chef Céline Pham.
On the plates, it swings with recipes inspired by French gastronomy, her childhood memories and her travels around the world. Vietnam, Brazil, Australia and Italy are all on the menu, for a relaxed and playful experience. So yummy!
Céline Pham's cuisine bridges the gap between her Vietnamese roots and her training in classical French gastronomy. Trained at the Ferrandi school, then in the Parisian kitchens of Ze Kitchen Galerie, Saturne and Septime, her cuisine is in a constant search for balance, where emotion plays a major role.
Céline Pham is committed to the fight against food waste. In January 2016, she co-founded the "Restaurer" collective which distributes meals cooked from unsold food and restaurant donations, in collaboration with the Ernest association.
A nomadic chef, Céline Pham had already come to Arles on the occasion of a four-hands with Armand Arnal and the whole team of La Chassagnette.

Everything can be enjoyed on the spot, at large, friendly tables, or taken away.

The mosaic floor was created by the artist Kerstin Brätsch. A monumental painting looking up to the sky, it extends the park into the room.
