At the Parc des Ateliers, the food and beverage offer is based on major commitments:

Inspired by artist residencies, the Drum Café welcomes guest chefs from all horizons.
The Drum Café offers a creative space to chefs. It is a place where elements are transformed to create a unique menu that evolves according to the seasonal ingredients, and the inspirations of the guest chef.

Open from Wednesday to Sunday (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m).
Weekly closure on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The locally-sourced brasserie

Le Réfectoire offers authentic brasserie cuisine, paying tribute to the specialties of French gastronomy.
People gather around comforting dishes where seasonal vegetables, meats and local fish are prepared with generosity.
Renewed according to the market, the dishes can be tasted on the spot around large convivial tables, or be taken away.

Open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
Weekly closure on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Lunch is served between 12:00 p.m. and 03:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and 12:00 p.m. and 03:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
