After graduating from the hotel school in Spoleto (Umbria) in 2007, he worked for a few years in Italy. Then in 2011, he decided to move to London to pursue his passion for theatre and cinema. However, his vocation for cooking caught up with him when he joined the kitchens of Japanese restaurants ROKA & Zuma.

In 2014, he left London to join the restaurant Asador Etxebarri, in the Spanish Basque Country, alongside Chef Victor Arguinzoniz, then moved to Paris. Antonio spent 7 years in the French capital: from the kitchens of Chateaubriand, run by Chef Iñaki Aizpitarte, to those of Chef Giovanni Passerini. It was thanks to the latter, who had been invited to La Chassagnette in 2019, that he discovered LUMA Arles.

Enthused by the project, he joined us for the next three months! For him, "it's an opportunity to absorb this energy and this vision of art and try to restore it through his dishes and his own spirit."

On the menu, Italian cuisine with multiple influences, using ingredients carefully selected as close to Arles as possible.

Opening hours:

  • From Wednesday to Monday, 10.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
  • Closed on Tuesdays.
  • Lunch menu is available from Wednesday to Monday, between 12.00 p.m. and 3.00 p.m.
  • Last order at 5.30 p.m.

Reservation is highly recommended, walk-ins are accepted upon availability.
