The Tower becomes, for the duration of a visit, a territory of adventure to be explored with the family. Children and adults are invited, through a playful itinerary and a series of activities, to meet the architect, the designer and the artist, and thus discover an original architecture inspired by the landscapes of Arles and surprising works of art.

Mezzanine of Bloc B of Le Magasin Électrique

Atelier LUMA presents the renovation project of Le Magasin Électrique, Lot 8, through an exhibition in its agora. 

Carried out in collaboration with the agencies BC architects & studies and Assemble as well as a large network of collaborators in the region, the Lot 8 renovation project is the materialization of Atelier LUMA's bioregional design practices within the Parc des Ateliers in Arles. 

On site, visitors will be able to discover the technical and aesthetic research carried out and immerse themselves in the history of this pilot rehabilitation, with at the heart of the approach, the valorization of traditional know-how, collective experiments on the site, the development of materials rooted in the Arles bioregion and the creation of a local and international network of expertise to share knowledge.

LUMA Arles guides invite you to take part in free 20-minute "flash" chronicles exploring three themes. 

Women artists and the image → Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 2:00 p.m.
This chronicle gives an introduction and a focus on some of the artists exhibited in the new program.
Meeting point: Level 0 of The Tower

Living in the garden → Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. and Sundays at 10:30 a.m.
From Philippe Parreno to Christodoulos Panayioutou, this chronicle opens up a reflection around the new forms that artworks can take today.

Moving art → Mondays at 3.30 p.m. and Fridays at 2:00 p.m.
Visitors are invited to discover the garden's flora and fauna and their habitats.
